The latest ASDAH news........ 2023 ASDAH Conference annouces its Theme
Rhymes of History: Disruption, Change over Time, and Repeating the Past Southern Adventist University, April 13-16, 2023 We invite early career scholars, graduate students, independent scholars, high school teachers, retirees, and historians who teach at both Adventist and non-Adventist institutions of higher learning to present papers and panel discussions. Send proposals to Lisa Clark Diller at ldiller@southern.edu by February 15, 2023. Please do save the date. The registration link and hotel information will be send to the email list in the next two weeks. We are working on getting continuing education credit for HIGH SCHOOL teachers, and welcome all of you who teach at whatever level. We welcome library, museum/archive, and political science/social studies scholars as well as public historians We want to help graduate students and others who don't have travel funds, so please get in touch if you are in this situation. Call for Expression of Interest Historians and scholars are needed to help produce the approximately 10,000 articles on Adventist history on people, events, ministries, church administrative units, institutions, country-based work, periodicals, history of theology, church and political issues, etc. If you wish to participate as an author or reviewer in your area of interest or expertise, please contact the relevant assistant editor(s) shown in the link below for a list of topics. All major articles will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process by at least two referees, and thus will be considered as a scholarly publication.
